Day 10 :: Karla & James

This awesome duo are our friends Karla and James.

Took the Elinchrom Ranger and Quadra out in the field today to see what these puppies can do. I found the most pain in the ass lighting situation I could find to see what sort of options each light would give me.

This image was shot with the Ranger 1100w/s pack and the Alien Bees 86″ silver parabolic satellite dish.

I’ll be doing a blog post about it at my main blog www.zarias.com

When I talk about pain in the ass lighting situations, this is what I’m talking about.

Cheers,
Zack

    Yes! It’s pretty dang amazing. Get one.

    I’ll tell you this though… if you think a regular umbrella is a bitch in the wind wait until you try to fly this one in the wind!

    Cheers,
    Zack

    Totally know her from Flickr. Weird. Also I know The Listener. Saw you wearing his shirt and your shot of his washing machine. Love his music.
